Most animals will arrive via X within X business days. Supply orders arrive via X within X business days. If you’ve ordered both supply and animals, it will arrive within the animal arrival window. Shipping of multiple animals via our website may require additional shipping fees, of which you will be notified of these charges from the email info@coloradoreptiles.com for approval before your order is fully processed. You will receive a tracking number from our email.
Shipping is limited to the 48 mainland states of the USA.
Returns and refunds are given with requests for up to X days after purchase. Shipping & handling is not refundable, and used items may not be returned. Prices are subject to change without notification, and pricing errors or typos concerning products or animals are subject to correction before and or without completing the order.
Animal shipping policies
Once an order has been placed online for an animal, we will contact you via phone or email (based upon preference checks at checkout) within 24 hours to confirm the convenient shipping day for you. Shipping costs for animal orders is $X plus $X packaging fee that will cover all necessary packing materials.
Colorado Reptiles and Exotics LLC guarantees live and healthy animals upon arrival and for X days after arrival. You must notify us within X hours of receiving the animal if there is dissatisfaction. If you have questions or concerns, you can call us at XXX-XXX-XXXX or email us at info@coloradoreptiles.com We do not guarantee animals that are not signed into your possession after the first delivery attempt, as you must have a signature to ensure the live animal can be handled.
All animals are shipped via X directly to your home. Live animal arrivals are guaranteed when temperatures are between X-X degrees. This temperature range is EXTENDED to X-X degrees if you have opted to have your animals held for pickup at your X Customer Center. If the package is delayed by the carrier, our guarantee still applies. [If temperatures from your carrier hubs are not within the proper temperature ranges aforementioned, we will recontact you to reschedule your shipping date. If temperatures should drop below the proper temperature ranges and we are unable to contact you, but they are still within the carrier’s capacity to hold, we will leave the animal to be picked up at the primary carrier’s center].
We will also guarantee the sexing of our animals, they will not be mistakenly identified if their sex has been stated on our website.
Our guarantee is voided should you not provide the appropriate environment for the animal upon its arrival.
We ensure every effort that can be taken to package your live animal accordingly to the weather conditions during your ordering and shipping period, and therefore cannot guarantee animals upon arrival if the height temperature is above X or if it is below X. Colorado Reptiles and Exotics LLC is not responsible for charges incurred for shipping or freight for the replacement of animals, and will not issue a refund. You will receive credit.
If you would like to return the animal you have ordered, you are responsible for shipping and the health of the animal. They must be returned and packaged accordingly with correct materials and methods. You may use a third party service (such as X) to print a label and ship the animal to us. If the animal has arrived back to us in poor condition or is deceased, our guarantee is voided.
Reptiles are shipped at the flat rate of X. Orders are processed between X-X, and shipped on X-X. Exclusions include: Weather conditions and holidays.
We offer the choice to hold the reptile at a local pickup location of the shipping carrier’s center. If you choose to do this, [we will select and choose the closest available carrier to your shipping address].
